2022 Kansas Primary Election Story (Senate)

A head to head comparison of the 2022 Kansas Primary gives us an idea of the break down of the voters.

Jerry Moran received 51.76% (377.18k votes) beating both Mark  Holland who had 13.63% (99.34k votes) and Joan Farr who had 12.5% (91075 votes) in the overall count of votes in Kansas if the election were among these 3 candidates.

Jerry Moran wins 103 counties out of the counties in the state of Kansas to support his claims of his movement in the country. Paul Buskirk won 1 counties and Joe Biden won just 2 counties in the state of Kansas.

These 10 counties play an important role in these primary elections. If a candidate, can get a sizable majority, it becomes very difficult to win majorities in the smaller counties with out voter out reach and increased voter participation in them.

In a head to head match up on just the total number of votes, Mark Holland (52.2%) beats Joan Farr (47.8%). Jerry Moran (80.6%) beats Joan Farr (19.4%) and Jerry Moran (79.2%) beats Mark Holland (20.8%).

Jerry Moran simply won the majority of the top 10 counties. Mark Holland and Joan Farr could not achieve a victory since Jerry Moran captures so many voters across most counties.
