What does the graph has to say?
Out of the over 3,100 counties in the 2016 Presidential General Elections, President Trump won 2,553 counties. Mrs. Clinton on the other hand won 558 counties. This seemingly vast difference has only a small effect on the actual votes received by each of these candidates.
In terms of votes accrued, Mrs. Clinton won over 65M votes whereas President Trump gained over 62M votes.

Iowa- President Trump won 93 counties, leaving Mrs. Clinton to win the remaining 6 counties.
